Do you offer same-day delivery in Amman?
Yes! Order by 9 pm for same-day delivery in Amman. Orders placed after 9 pm will be delivered the next morning (freshly baked).
What are your delivery fees?
We charge a flat fee of 2.00 JOD for delivery to all zones in Amman. Delivery is FREE for orders above 25.00 JOD.
How can I pay?
We accept Cash on Delivery and CliQ payments.
Do your cookies contain allergens?
Yes. All our cookies contain gluten, dairy, and eggs. Specific flavors like 'Pistachio Supreme' contain nuts. Please check the flavor pages for detailed allergen info.
How should I reheat the cookies?
For that gooey center experience: Oven at 180°C for 2-3 minutes, or Microwave for 10-15 seconds.
What if my delivery arrives damaged?
We strive for perfection, but accidents happen. If your box arrives damaged, please send us a photo immediately on WhatsApp (+962 79 586 5658) and we will replace the box.
Can I customize my box?
Absolutely! You can Mix & Match any flavors in our Family Box (6 cookies) or Treat Box (3 cookies).
Is the Date Royale always available?
